Mantra: I believe that you have to find and earmark some time to yourself and your family; this is required for work life balance and ensuring that both the business and family institutions are managed effectively.
Hobby: Playing golf is my favourite hobby. I was smitten by it around four years ago. I used to play golf 2 -- 3 times a week, but my current pressures do not allow me such liberties.
Recipe: Cooking, too, is one of my favourite pastimes. I have been cooking since the late 80's but have matured to a level of proficiency in the last seven years. I loved different types of cuisine and find the exercise fascinating and relaxing. What cuisine I best cook? I think my forte lies in Indian and Chinese. Anything non-vegetarian using lamb, chicken and prawns I find scrumptious.
Taste: My family relishes the continental chicken and lamb curry, made by me. There is no special occasion I cook; however, I find time during weekends to treat my family with a nice meal. There have been rare occasions when my cooking didn't receive rave reviews. The last time I goofed up was when the chicken roast I prepared got overcooked and that's not all, it was left for me to finish it, all alone.
Literature: I have been reading for long; it all started during school and college, where I spent most of my free time at the library. My favourite books are 'Execution' by Larry Bossidy and 'Build to Last' by Jim Collins.
