Novell Compliance Management Platform includes Novell's security management applications, identity-driven security management tools, and information event monitoring.
It enables common access policies across all identity repositories and offers automated validation of preset business rules. It automatically logs all network activities and provides compliance reports in an audit-ready format. The platform includes Identity Manager 3.6, Sentinel 6.1, Identity Manager Resource Kit 1.2, and Access Manager 3.0.
Jim Ebzery, senior vice president and general manager of identity and security management at Novell, said: "The Novell Compliance Management Platform is designed for enterprises that have to successfully pass compliance audits, assure the integrity of their IT infrastructure, and demonstrate that their business policies are being enforced and implemented. The platform integrates provisioning, access, and security policies and real-time remediation to help organizations automate business processes and validate compliance."
The platform costs $99 per user.
