For the second quarter of fiscal 2008, total net sales and revenues were $67.37 million, compared to $47.91 million in the same quarter of 2007. Gross profit was $13.29 million, compared to $15.22 million in the same quarter of fiscal 2007.
For the six months ended July 31, 2008, net sales and revenues were $114.19 million, compared to $96.48 million in the same period of fiscal 2007. Gross profit was $26.67 million, compared to $30.62 million in the same period of fiscal 2007. Net income was $2.73 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, compared to $13.34 million, or $1.12 per diluted share, in the same period of fiscal 2007.
