Venda and PayPal to deliver e-commerce solutions to small businesses

Sep 11, 2008 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- PYPL | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Venda, a provider of e-commerce solutions, has partnered with payment solution provider PayPal to launch an e-commerce payment platform for small businesses.

According to PayPal, the new solution is integrated with the payment solutions of both companies. PayPal allows users to accept various credit and debit cards and bank transfers and PayPal balance. All users accepting online payments will be able to accept payments through PayPal's Express Checkout.

Businesses who sign up to the Venda Small Business Solution can also access PayPal's Online Postage center for order delivery.

Dan Wagner, chairman of Venda said: "Drawing on the experience gained by supplying our solutions to larger retailers and manufacturers, we have developed a self-serve solution that is low cost, simple-to-use and requires no technical expertise. As a result, businesses can now get online with a sophisticated e-commerce solution within 60 minutes."
