Sara Lee Corp. (SLE) said Tuesday that Chairman and Chief Executive Brenda C. Barnes will receive a salary for fiscal year 2008 of $1 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Barnes also received $3.4 million in stock awards and $2.1 million in option awards.
Shares of Sara Lee closed Monday at $13.83.
