Sep 19, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- JW/A | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- John Wiley & Sons Inc (NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), a publishing company, announced on 19 September that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD0.13 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock.

The dividend will be payable on 14 October 2008 to shareholders of record as of 2 October 2008.
