Williams-Sonoma declares quarterly cash dividend

Sep 23, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- WSM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Williams-Sonoma Inc (NYSE:WSM), a specialty retailer of home products, announced on Monday (22 September) that the company's board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD0.12 per common share. The dividend payout will be made on 24 November 2008 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on 27 October 2008.

The company had 105,631,632 shares of common stock outstanding as of 31 August 2008.
