Mr. Bandemer specializes in e-discovery. In a recent trade secret and copyright infringement case involving Eldorado Stone, one of the country's leading manufacturers of artificial stone veneer for home building, Mr. Bandemer performed an in-depth forensic examination and uncovered key computer evidence. He provided critical testimony in this $20 million case.
Mr. Bandemer, who joined LECG in 2006 from Mack Barclay, Inc. where he was a partner, shares this new role with Kenneth Leissler, a managing director based in LECG's New York office, who has primary responsibility for electronic discovery in the eastern region.

Mr. Bandemer has substantial experience in litigation and business consulting and brings to his clients the unique combination of experience and education in both the technology and accounting/economic disciplines. He has led large, multi-disciplinary teams within the electronic discovery services area and has experience in a broad spectrum of industries including high technology, financial services, construction, professional services, gaming, hospitality, entertainment, retail, auto, railroad, entrepreneurial business, manufacturing, and real estate.

Mr. Bandemer has consulted clients and testified in regards to computer forensics, evidence preservation, e-discovery, litigation preparedness, complex data analysis, and other information technology issues. He has provided quality expert testimony at depositions and arbitrations at federal and state court and has served as special master and third party neutral in various engagements.
In 1998, he founded CD-LIT Solutions, a software licensing and services company, which was recently issued a patent for its innovative approach to the organization and management of electronic images and information used in its proprietary software products and solutions.
He received a BS, cum laude, in finance from Arizona State University. Mr. Bandemer is a certified public accountant, a certified management accountant, a certified information technology professional and an EnCase certified examiner.
