RGC Resources Inc board declares dividend

Sep 24, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- RGCO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- The board of directors of RGC Resources Inc (NasdaqGM:RGCO), a provider of energy and related products and services, reported on 23 September a quarterly dividend of USD0.3125 per share on the company's common stock, which equates to an indicated annual dividend of USD1.25.

The payment will be made on 1 November 2008 to shareholders of record as of 17 October 2008.
