Dick Smith seeks a TiVo turn-on

Sep 24, 2008 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- JBHIF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Woolworths has agreed to stock the TiVo product in more than 250 Dick Smith Electronics and Dick Smith Powerhouse outlets. Woolworths will sell the digital video recorder for $A699. TiVo sets have been available for sale in Harvey Norman and Domayne stores since 29 July 2008. Harvey Norman and the Seven Network have declined to specify the number of TiVos that have sold since that date. Seven is also reportedly interested in convincing JB Hi-Fi to stock TiVo sets.
