Tata Motors introduces new Indigo CS variants

Sep 30, 2008 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- TTM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Tata Motors has announced the launch of three new fully loaded variants of its Indigo CS range in India.

The company said that the Indigo CS has received good response from customers across India making the Indigo range clock over 84% growth in fiscal 2008 at an average of 4,400 units per month.

The new variants consist of one petrol GLX, and two diesel LX models, with a turbo-charged diesel with intercooler, and DICOR (direct injection common rail) engine options. All three models will offer front and rear powered windows, a rear windscreen defogger and central locking.

The exteriors of these variants sport body colored rub-rails with chrome inserts and body colored outer rear view mirrors. The petrol version will feature beige interior while the diesel variants come with charcoal black interiors.
