Oct 01, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- ITWO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- The board of directors of i2 Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: ITWO), a provider of supply chain management solutions, disclosed yesterday (30 September) a change to the record date for determination of those stockholders eligible to vote at the special meeting on 6 November 2008.

The new record date is the close of business on 3 October 2008.

No reason for the change was given.
