Amdocs has provided longstanding support to Comcast's video, high-speed Internet and voice services. In addition to billing and customer care, Comcast also will deploy Amdocs CES -- Cramer OSS 7.5 to support its network resource management and network planning processes.

Comcast has 24.6 million cable customers, 14.4 million high-speed Internet customers, and 5.6 million Comcast Digital Voice customers.
Shares in Amdocs were down 3.6 percent in NYSE trading to $26.35, reflecting a market cap of $5.45 billion.
