Komatsu selects Bank of New York Mellon as successor depositary bank

Oct 03, 2008 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- BK | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- The Bank of New York Mellon has been selected by Japanese construction equipment and industrial machinery manufacturer Komatsu as the successor depositary bank for its American depositary receipt program.

Michael Cole-Fontayn, CEO of the depositary receipt division at The Bank of New York Mellon, said: "Our extensive experience working with Japanese clients and our specialized market outreach services will enable us to support Komatsu's efforts to expand its global profile."
