Converted Organics Inc reports sale of liquid organic fertiliser

Oct 03, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- COINU | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Converted Organics Inc (NASDAQ:COIN), a producer of all-natural, organic soil amendment or fertiliser products through food waste recycling, declared on 2 October that the company has started the delivery of 35,000 gallons of its Biolizer GP organic liquid fertiliser to growers in the Southwest division, which includes Arizona, southern California and Mexico.

According to Edward J. Gildea, president of Converted Organics Inc, an increasing number of conventional growers are using the company's organic fertiliser products to enhance the performance and offset the fluctuating costs of synthetic fertilisers.
