Michael Lotz remains president and CFO of the Mesa Air Group. Mr Foley was previously employed as vice president of operations at Atlas Air, a cargo operator of Boeing 747 aircraft.
Since September 1999, Mr Foley was president and CEO of Mair Holdings, a member of its board of directors and on the executive and safety committees. From September 1999 until October 2002. Mr Foley also served as president and CEO of Mesaba Aviation.
Jonathan Ornstein, chairman and CEO of the Mesa Air Group, said: "Paul brings to Mesa a wealth of operational and leadership experience from his years as CEO of Mesaba Holdings, the parent company of Mesaba Airlines."
