Hyundai to Integrate Dealer Communication Systems With the DealerTrack Arkona DMS

(Nasdaq:TRAK), a leading provider of on-demand software and data solutions for the U.S. automotive retail industry, today announced that Hyundai Motor America will integrate its dealer communications platform with the DealerTrack Arkona dealer management system (DMS). Full integration with factory communications will significantly enhance the appeal of the DMS to the more than 860 Hyundai dealerships in the United States.

Following the planned integration, Hyundai dealers utilizing the DMS with the new factory communication interface will be able to expedite critical transaction processes and eliminate many potential data errors. Information will transfer seamlessly from one system to another without having to be re-keyed. Dealers will be able to easily transfer:

* Parts Orders -- Electronically transfer stock orders and supplemental orders * Parts Returns -- Automatically download parts returns * Financial Statements -- Simplify preparation and submission of financial statements * Warranty Claims -- Speed up the dealer-to-manufacturer warranty claim process * Delivery Reporting (RDR) -- Notify manufacturer of retail vehicle sales
