Walt Oliwa has been elected Senior Vice President of Research and Development effective October 1, 2008. Walt will continue to drive the Company's Control Components new product development programs and will report to Mr. Ferrantino, Jr. Mr. Oliwa was named Vice President of Research and Development of the Company on May 16, 2005.
Michael J. Ferrantino will remain as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and will focus on strategic initiatives such as joint ventures, potential acquisitions and expansion of the Company's technology.
