Tuesday at 9 a.m., they'll have an opportunity to get those answers when Charter Communications Director of Government Relations Skip James will be available to meet with citizens at the Chamber of Commerce meeting room, located at 714 E. Glenn Ave. in Auburn.
James should be saluted for taking time out to meet with Charter customers to hear their concerns and hopefully do something to address them. We would hope that James would take the information he receives from the public to heart and help implement changes that benefit the customers of the area and the company.
Residents have long voiced their complaints over Charter's service. Instead of voicing these issues to city officials or the newspaper, this is the perfect opportunity to voice these complaints directly to a live person -- one who has said Charter is deeply interested in improving customer service. We believe complaints and/or concerns would be better received if they were made in an appropriate manner. Express your concerns, but leave attitudes at home.
We encourage anyone who has questions or concerns about the service they receive from Charter to attend this meeting. Hopefully, this meeting will be one that bears fruit.
