Comcast recently launched several customer service enhancements in the Colorado that will improve the way the company serves Greeley, according to a Comcast press release.
The company has invested more than $1.1 billion in Colorado since 2001 as part of an effort to improve customer service, the release stated.
The improvements include new technology to improve the timeliness of customer service visits and technology that allows technicians in Greeley to check, update or fix all other Comcast services while in the home of a customer to address a specific service issue, as well as some other improvements, the release stated.
