In the Trade Alert, the author highlights Virgin Media's efforts to defer its amortization payments:
"Virgin Media is a residential broadband and mobile virtual network operator, and a provider in the United Kingdom of pay television and fixed-line telephone services. ... The company recently announced it is seeking permission from lenders to defer bank amortization payments until June 2012 and make other amendments to its senior facilities."
The Trade Alert author also featured Ariad Pharmaceuticals' member additions to its board of directors:
"Ariad engages in the discovery and development of medicines to treat cancers by regulating cell signaling with small molecules. The company is developing an approach to patients with cancer that addresses aggressive and advanced-stage cancers. ... The oncology-focused drug developer in Cambridge recently added new members to its board of directors: Massimo Radaelli, president and CEO of pharmaceutical firm Dompe International SA, and Wayne Wilson, an independent business advisor and certified public accountant who will serve as chairman of the audit committee."
