Radcom posted $4.4 million revenue for the third quarter, 46 percent more than the $3 million for the corresponding quarter of 2007, and 18 percent more than for the preceding quarter. GAAP-based net loss totaled $1.1 million ($0.22 per share), 53 percent less than the $2.4 million net loss for the corresponding quarter and 39 percent less than the loss for the preceding quarter. Non-GAAP net loss was $1 million ($0.19 per share), 56 percent less than the $2.2 million loss for the corresponding quarter.
Radcom president and CEO David Ripstein noted that the company year-on-year growth exceeded 45 percent for the third consecutive quarter, which combined with lower operating costs, was moving the company towards profitability. He attributes this success to targeting emerging markets.
Radcom fell 5.5 percent in after-hours trading on Nasdaq yesterday to $0.86. The share was unchanged on the TASE today.
