Senior Toney Douglas led the way with 20 points and six steals.
Five other Seminoles finished in double figures as sophomore Jordan Demercy and freshman Xavier Gibson finished with 14 points each.
Freshman Chris Singleton and junior Ryan Reid each tallied 11 points, while freshman Deividas Dulkys finished with 10 points.
Gibson, Singleton, redshirt freshman Solomon Alabi and senior Brian Hoff each grabbed six rebounds.
"We saw a lot of good things that we liked," FSU head coach Leonard Hamilton said. "We moved the ball, played very unselfish. At times we executed our defensive fundamentals in terms of being in our stances and restricting gaps, getting deflections."
Florida State's second and last exhibition game will be against Florida Tech on Nov. 11 at 7 p.m.
