The company said that Tata Sky+ (Tata Sky Plus) allows viewers to plan and control their TV viewing experience with features such as Record Live TV and Pause & Rewind Live TV. It features MPEG4 technology and a memory capacity that can accommodate recording of programmes and movies.
NDS technology, supported by the company's local presence in India, has enabled Tata Sky to deliver high quality TV service, as well as allowing it to develop new options to be implemented in the future, NDS said.
No financial details were disclosed.
