Revenue for the third quarter amounted to USD38.6m, an increase of 17.3% when compared to USD32.9m for the same quarter of 2007. The net income was USD1.1m (USD0.12 per basic and diluted share), an improvement over the net loss of USD0.5m (USD0.06 loss per basic and diluted share) in the third quarter a year ago.
The company's net income before preferred stock dividends for the quarter ended 30 September 2008 was USD2.5m, compared to USD1.5m for the same period in 2007. Cash provided by operating activities was USD2.8m, against USD4m for the same period last year.
Total revenue for the nine months ended 30 September 2008 rose to USD111.9m, up 16% from USD96.5m for the same period in 2007. Net income was USD0.4m (USD0.05 per basic and diluted share), a decrease from USD1.7m (USD0.19 per basic and diluted share) for the first nine months of 2007.
Net income before preferred stock dividends for the nine-month period was USD4.6m, compared to USD6.3m a year ago. Meanwhile cash provided by operating activities declined from USD17.8m to USD15m.
