ACS' Third Party Liability (TPL) solutions are expected to deliver potential cost savings.
As part of the new contract with the state of Florida, ACS will deploy its business process and Web-based technologies in pursuit of Third Party recovery sources such as commercial health insurance plans, Medicare, Casualty, Estate, Trust and Annuity plans.
