JDSU enables broadband and optical innovation in the communications, commercial and consumer markets. According to JDSU, its NetComplete service assurance portfolio comprises probes and OSS software for fixed and mobile networks, as well as quality of service and QoE solutions for the quadruple play (voice, video, data, including wireless services), and includes the recently launched Home Performance Management solution with extended monitoring ability into the home.
Jerry Gentile, vice president in JDSU's communications test and measurement business segment, said: "JDSU is proud to support the IPTV deployment of LG Dacom. Our service assurance solutions will instill confidence that IPTV service will be delivered with what customers expect, a high level of quality."
