("Daktronics" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DAKT | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) between November 15, 2006 and April 5, 2007 (the "Class Period"). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market, thereby artificially inflating the price of Daktronics.
