According to the company, this contract is awarded against the Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract vehicle. The task order also includes installation services for future wireless access points to enable wireless local area network expansion. The work is scheduled to be completed in February 2009.
Charisse Stokes, southeast NETCENTS program manager for Telos, said: "The work performed by Telos professionals will ensure secure and reliable telecom networks now and in the future. This contract demonstrates our ability to serve the critical communications needs of the Air Force and to continue our support of military missions and US government operations."
