Siemens has successfully partnered with Telephonetics VIP to provide voice automation solutions to the public sector for over 5 years. Siemens will supply Enterprise customers with both packaged voice automation on theTelephonetics VIP SEMAP+ platform, and customised voice automation systems using Telephonetics VIP virtual agents in conjunction with Siemens HiPath ProCenter.
