The three-year agreement involves a pilot project and is aimed at creating employment opportunities and economic development in Vietnam.
"Our investment in Asia's most dynamic emerging economy represents not only Manpower's, but also Vietnam's commitment to creating sustainable jobs and meaningful work for the people who need them the most," David Arkless, Manpower's senior vice president of global corporate affairs, said in a statement.
Manpower, with 4,500 offices in 80 countries, opened its Hanoi office in January.
