The Hartford has leased almost 30,000 square feet in the Hall Office Park, developer Hall Financial Group said Monday.
The insurance company has signed a 5-year lease in Hall's recently completed 3000 Internet Boulevard building. As part of the deal, The Hartford will have exterior signs on the 6-story building.
Hartford is moving to Frisco from a location further south of the Dallas North Tollway.
The company is receiving economic incentives from the City of Frisco as part of the move.
The lease transaction was negotiated by Jean C. Farris of Hall Financial Group and Frank Ricca of Jones Lang LaSalle.
