Diluted EPS should increase from $0.26 in 2007 to $0.35 in 2008, $0.42 in 2009 and $0.65 in 2010. At our 12-month target price of $3.36 per share, the stock is trading at prospective 2008 diluted PE of 9.6x and just 8.0x for 2009, versus its current 2.2x our 2008 estimate.
