The contract is an expansion of an existing multi-vehicle contract. The total value of the additional order is approximately $1.7 million, which ADSI expects to realize in the first quarter of 2009.
ADSI's CEO, Anthony J. Piscitelli, said, "We continue to experience significant demand by the U.S. Army to provide protective technology to construction vehicles in support of our brave men and women serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. We anticipate further contract expansion from TACOM throughout 2009."
