(1) All fares are one-way. Tickets must be purchased by December 31, 2008 for travel up to January 16, 2009. This offer applies to flights between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. For flights leaving Manhattan from 4:00 PM on during this limited-time offer, the normal fare of $159 applies. The non-refundable fare shown includes Federal Tax of 7.5%. The following fees are not included: Federal segment fees of up to $6.80, September 11th security fee of up to $5.00 and passenger facility charges of up to $4.50. Bookings by phone will be charged an additional $20.00. $50.00 change fee applies to all changes. Passengers who purchased the $99 outbound tickets and fly after January 16, 2009 will be required to pay a $50 change fee plus the current ticket price difference.
(2) The issuance of boarding passes and baggage check-through applies to passengers flying aboard US Helicopter's partner airlines, Delta Air Lines at JFK and Continental Airlines at Newark Liberty.
