Perlego Systems Ramsp Up with Mobile Device Management Support for BlackBerry

Dec 10, 2008 (10Meters.com via COMTEX) -- RIMM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Perlego Systems, a developer of hosted, multi-tenant mobile device lifecycle management, announced Horizons now supports BlackBerry smart phones from Research In Motion (RIM).

With the enhancement, Horizons customers can manage BlackBerry smart phones along with other devices in one administrative console. Horizons is a multi-platform and carrier-neutral device management solution that supports a broad combination of mobile platforms, including Symbian, Microsoft Windows Mobile and Palm.

"Perlego is dedicated to helping customers manage all of their mobile devices in a single system, regardless of the number of carriers they use or platforms they have in service," said Todd Ostrander, CEO of Perlego Systems. "This product release is an important milestone for our business, and we look forward to the expanded opportunities it brings.
