The licence will retain the company's revenue share in the technology, as well as control of its uses.
The technology was originally derived for use with air and gas substances and is to be built for prove out and commercial use for creating electricity in the large pressure natural gas wells.
According to New Green Technologies, the use of the Energy Commander technology could reduce the amount of carbon dioxide released from well operations.
