Under the terms of the contract, the company will complete an integrated vulnerability assessment (IVA) for the port system and identify actions to effectively mitigate threats to the region's maritime critical infrastructure. The work is estimated to be completed over a three- to four-month period.
Ken Kirkpatrick, president and CEO of OSI Geospatial, said: "We are pleased that we continue to win contracts under the Port Security Grant program. The Port of Miami is a critical port and we are confident that we can build on this success as we establish ourselves as market leaders in this space and leverage this success to deliver technology solutions to this market."
