The strategy involves current negotiations for up to $7.5 million capital investment to acquire the necessary patents and assets to solidify GEENIUS to become the next "ebay of knowledge". Once secured and registration as a public company is approved, KCMH, with commitments from third party financial institutions will inject up to an additional $4 million in operational capital. KCMH will receive fees and a percentage ownership in GEENIUS. KCMH has also created an innovative model to protect investor capital as a cornerstone of this strategy. The majority of capital will be secured in an investment grade hedge fund portfolio and managed by KCM Trading Group, a KCMH subsidiary.
