The company's production volume in Japan decreased 26.6% to 55,858 units in November 2008, with a 28.6% increase in passenger car output and a 6.6% decrease in commercial vehicle output. Overseas production volume decreased 29.2% to 35,892 units in November 2008.
The company's vehicle sales in November 2008 in Japan totaled 13,044 units, a decrease of 31.1% over November 2007. Total exports from Japan decreased 13.8% to 39,917 units in November 2008, compared to the same period of 2007.
