The company said that Collyns will maintain her position as its chief financial officer.
Collyns has served with California Pizza Kitchen for seven years. Her earlier experience include stints across several industries, including roles with brands such as Sony, Pepsi, GlaxoSmithKline and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, which has included position of vice president of finance and operations, controller and head of strategic planning.
In addition, the company announced that Todd Slayton, who is currently senior vice president, corporate finance and controller, has assumed the additional title of chief accounting officer from Collyns.
