The contract covers four years of work offshore Brazil, and is valued at approximately NOK400m.
The contract is scheduled to commence in the summer of 2009.
Solstad Offshore, headquartered in Skudeneshavn, Norway, provides offshore supply and support services to the offshore industry. The company has a fleet of over 30 vessels and reported revenue of NOK2.22bn in 2007.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 9.99 Norwegian kroner (NOK).
