Simply Food is a chain of 370 outlets and the current move is part of Marks & Spencer's efforts to refine the Simply Food model.
According to the newspaper, Marks & Spencer intends to shut down the underperforming stores. The company is reportedly looking out for interested parties to sell these stores.
