The club, which opens Thursday under the company's XTC Cabaret banner, will include an executive level with skyboxes and plasma TV screens for viewing sports events, the Houston-based company said.
Because the club is located in a "dry" precinct, it will not serve alcohol, but patrons can bring their own, a spokesman said.
The new club takes the place of the former Executive Club, a private adult club, at 8550 North Stemmons Freeway, which Rick's bought last April. The company also operates Club Onyx in Dallas and a Rick's Cabaret in Fort Worth.
Altogether, it owns, operates or licenses 19 adult clubs in cities including Houston, New Orleans, New York and Miami.
Revenue in 2008 was nearly $60 million, up from $32 million in 2007 and $24 million in 2006, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission
