Net profit stood at 17.4 billion won (US$12.7 million) in the three months to December, compared with 26.8 billion won a year earlier, LG Dacom said in a regulatory filing.
Sales rose 18 per cent annually to 447 billion won and operating profit surged 30.8 per cent to 62.2 billion won, it said.
LG Dacom attributed a fall in its fourth-quarter earnings to increased losses from equity investments on its internet service unit LG Powercom Corp.
Shares of LG Dacom closed at 19,100 won, down 0.52 per cent from the previous session.
LG Dacom also said it has raised this year's sales target by 10 per cent from a year ago to 1.8 trillion won and will invest more than 220 billion won on expansion of facilities.
The company will pay a cash dividend of 500 won per common share.
