LVWR | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- LiveWire Mobile, a provider of mobile managed personalization services, announced the appointment of Eugene J. DiDonato as Vice President and General Counsel.

Joel Hughes, LiveWire Mobile CEO, said, "We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gene to our senior management team. Gene brings with him significant experience working with publicly-traded technology companies during his career. As General Counsel, Gene will manage the company's legal affairs and provide advice on a wide range of legal and operational matters."

Prior to joining LiveWire Mobile, DiDonato was Vice President and General Counsel for Authorize.Net Holdings, a recently acquired publicly-traded online payment processor. From 1997 until 2000, DiDonato was Vice President and General Counsel at Peritus Software Services, a publicly-traded software services company, and prior to that he was Vice President, General Counsel and Interim Chief Financial Officer for Cayenne Software, an international, publicly-traded, software company.
