The event series will showcase an array of vintage automobiles -- including European classics such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Mercedes and Rolls Royce. In addition, the events will also feature American classics such as Packard, Auburn, Cadillac and Corvette.
"Past events of the Tour have been well-attended and we fully expect the 2009 series to be equally successful. These prestigious automotive weekend festivals, showcasing automobiles, motorcycles, fashion and art, will be held at the most premier resorts and destinations -- offering guests an exquisite array of food, fine wines and dancing," said Paul Feller, president and chief executive officer of Stratus Media Group.
Feller said other planned locations for the National Tour d'Elegance series will include Miami, Dallas, Monterey/Carmel, Napa, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas and Phoenix/Scottsdale.
He added that the series will also feature fashion shows and other exclusive events - including top international designers, with silent and live auctions offering opportunities to bid on premium travel packages, sports memorabilia and other items.
"A portion of proceeds from the auctions will benefit local and national charities," Feller said.
Stratus is actively seeking sponsors and strategic partners to join Stratus Rewards in the participation of the National Tour d' Elegance, with expected average attendance of 52,000 in each market.
Los Angeles based-Stratus Media Group is an owner, operator and marketer of live entertainment and sporting events.
