Under the terms of the agreement, Health Systems Solutions will develop and implement a multi-phase production master scheduling/case load management system on a desktop/ personal digital assistant (PDA)-based application that will ensure maximum timely closure of cases while providing real-time visibility to all open cases nation-wide.
