Interwoven Celebrates Record Year in Delivering Information Management Solutions to Law Firms Around the World

2009 trade show, Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), a global leader in content
management solutions, spotlighted the numerous accomplishments of its
Professional Services Industry Solutions group over the past year. At the top
of the list is adding over 150 new law firm customers. Also this past year,
over 65 firms have moved from competitor's products to Interwoven. Now over
75% of the Global Top 100 Law Firms use Interwoven to organize, find and
govern their information resources.

Last year Interwoven also acquired Discovery Mining, a leading provider of
software and services for eDiscovery. Interwoven also introduced significant
upgrades to each of its three core products: Interwoven Universal Search,
Interwoven RecordsManager, and Interwoven Worksite.

-- Acquisition of Discovery Mining -- Extending Interwoven's offering --

matter content -- by adding a service for managing eDiscovery. Interwoven
Discovery Mining offers a highly scalable service that helps clients manage
the costs and risks associated with litigation. In the six months since the
acquisition was completed, Interwoven has nearly doubled the revenue of the

-- Customer Milestones -- Over 1,400 global law firms now use Interwoven,
including 75% of Global Top 100 Law Firms, 73% of the AmLaw 100 Firms, and 60%
of the top 50 UK-based law firms.

Product Enhancements

-- Interwoven RecordsManager Enhanced -- Interwoven enhanced Interwoven
RecordsManager, significantly expanding upon Interwoven's strategy of
delivering an integrated governance solution for electronic documents and
physical records. The new capabilities in Interwoven RecordsManager simplify
the management of records centers, ease the implementation and configuration
of the solution, and provide key stakeholders in the records process a user
experience finely tuned to their specific roles.

-- Interwoven WorkSite Enhanced -- Last year Interwoven added new
functionality to Interwoven Worksite, including faster and more reliable
search capabilities, the ability for any mobile device to now access WorkSite,
significantly improved overall performance, and improved administration.

-- Interwoven Universal Search Enhanced -- Interwoven Universal Search was
enhanced to include simultaneous crawling and indexing as well as new social
search features like tagging, commenting, voting, rating and results-sharing
to improve the relevance of search results over time through collaborative
feedback.

-- Interwoven Received Top Honors in Law Technology News Awards -- Law
Technology News (LTN) announced that Interwoven WorkSite won the Gold award in
the Document Management Systems category and Interwoven RecordsManager won the
Silver award in LTN's sixth annual Technology Awards. Voted on by the
publication's 40,000 subscribers, this was the second straight year that
Interwoven has won a top honor.

-- Interwoven and Lexis Nexis Team Up -- Interwoven entered into an
agreement with global business information solution provider LexisNexis to
integrate and launch Lexis(R) Search Advantage, a new search enrichment
offering, with Interwoven Universal Search. The integration combines

with content and services from LexisNexis(R) to provide law firm attorneys
