Mr. Lacayo is a well known business man in Central America with impeccable record and was also appointed the Honorary Counsel in Nicaragua of the Kingdom of Morocco in the year 2000.
He is a born native of Nicaragua, USA Graduated and a widely known and deeply respected people's advocate. He has served private business and government in Nicaragua and Costa Rica for many years, at a wide variable of official appointments, in several capacities.
Since his appointment with CENV, he has been instrumental in advancing our intentions to bring clean water solutions, to the country of Nicaragua and the region of Central America.
On 11/17/08 -- Certified Environmental Group Inc., announced subsidiary Global Life Water Inc., has entered into negotiations with the American Nicaraguan Foundation, ANF to provide solar and/or wind powered water purification units to its housing projects in rural communities.
We are delighted to report that much progress has been made regarding this project and our operations there. Many successful meetings have transpired with "Enacal" the water authorities, and many other Non Profits organizations of Nicaragua as well as regional organizations stationed in Nicaragua.
Mr. Lacayo is vigorously pursuing strategic alliances well above and beyond our original expectations of our efforts in the country. Additionally Mr. Lacayo reports recently that he has begun discussions with parties in Costa Rica and Honduras, with the intention to expose our technologies to peoples of those regions as well.
